Design principle of organization structure of double-layer jacquard fabric

Update:24 May
The double-layer jacquard fabric has excellent characteristics such as non-adhesive, reversible, thick and warm, and the products woven with untwisted cotton yarn and cashmere not only maintain the overall feel of fine and smooth, light, stiff, and elastic, but also bright and dazzling. The flower shape is soft and colorful, which can meet the needs of different consumer groups. Therefore, using the principle of double-layer jacquard design, Tencel fabrics can innovate and improve thinking orientation for Tencel fabric manufacturers and suppliers, and have huge business opportunities.
The two-layer fabric bonding methods of the double-layer jacquard fabric are the outer and inner layer changing method, the warp bonding method and the two self-bonding methods. The quality, style, function and characteristics of silk fabrics are more high-end and richer. At present, the market for double-layer jacquard Tencel fabrics is basically blank. Tencel fabric manufacturers and suppliers strive to develop and innovate to create new business opportunities.

1. The method of changing layers inside and outside. The method of changing the layers between the inside and the outside is to use the characteristics that the two sides of the double-layer fabric can form different colors, so that the front and back yarns are regularly exchanged with each other along the pattern outline. In this way, a relatively large pattern can be formed, and the upper and lower layers can be connected together. The characteristic is that the front and back patterns form a yin and yang relationship. A relatively simple organization and a variety of colored yarn arrangements can be used to achieve some large patterns and color contrasts. Intense pattern with large space for color change.

2. The connection method. This method is to add another set of binding warp yarns between the front and back warp yarns. It is interwoven with the upper and lower weft yarns to connect the front and back fabrics together. The feature of this method is that two patterns and colors with different styles can be used on the front and back sides, such as a cool color style on the front side and a warm tone style on the back side, so that the double-layer jacquard fabric can meet the needs of matching with different clothing in use.

3. The inner warp knot method. The inner warp yarn binding method belongs to the self binding method, which is to connect the two layers of fabrics into a whole by interweaving the lower layer warp yarns with the upper layer weft yarns. Compared with the binding warp binding method, the use of binding warp yarns is reduced, and the cost is saved, but the processing difficulty of the binding weave point is increased. (1) The joints form patterns. The imitation blue-and-white double-layered fabric is a double-sided fabric formed by the joining method of the inner warp and the outer weft, but the joints are not hidden, but the joints are directly formed on the surface fabric to form patterns, and the lower warp yarns are raised to the upper layer. While forming jacquard, it can play a saving effect. When the surface weft is introduced, the warp of the lower layer should be lifted to form a pattern on the upper layer. The raised warp yarns float on the front, and the back is the weft floating long line formed by the inner weft, so the front and back sides have a pattern effect. The technical key to adopting this method is that if the inner warp is to form a floating long thread on the surface fabric to form a pattern, not only the inner warp must be lifted when it is intertwined with the outer weft, but also it is required to be lifted when it is intertwined with the inner weft. Otherwise, the floating long line on the surface is not a continuous line segment, but two line segments that are cut off, and at this time, the inner weft is easily hooked up and exposed on the surface of the fabric, which affects the appearance effect. (2) Hidden junctions. Heterochromatic double-layer houndstooth fabric is a combination of two layers of fabrics by using the inner warp yarn to bind the surface weft yarn, but the joints are hidden on both sides of the fabric. The front and back sides use the same dobby weave, and the weave and warp and weft yarns are arranged to achieve the effect of color matching pattern design, showing a unique houndstooth pattern. The color styles of the two sides are very different, the front is a warm and fashionable style, and the reverse is a natural and harmonious style. The technical key to adopting this method is that the junction point is generally placed between the two floating long lines of the surface tissue, and the front side is brought together by two adjacent floating long lines to cover the warp tissue point that is connected to the surface layer. The lower warp yarns are interlaced with the upper weft yarns and are covered by the floats of the front warp yarns. Therefore, this connection point neither affects the effect of the cloth surface nor participates in the design of the cloth surface pattern.
